Cancellations

For bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a £40 cancellation charge may apply.

 

Aborted Booking

A £40 aborted booking charge will apply for tenant/landlord no show, no access/incorrect keys or property not ready etc.

 

VAT

No VAT charged.

 

Reports

All reports will be delivered in PDF form by means of email. Printed copies will incur a further charge.

Fees and Payments

Fees are due by instructing principal upon invoice and no reports will be issued until payment received, unless other arrangements have been made. Reports remain the property of Celtic Inventories and may not be used until full payment has been made.

Payment can be made via direct deposit – payment details will be on the invoice.
